Contact Centre Advisor

Sunderland based

£12.79 per hour

Full Time - Monday to Thursday and Friday 8.30 - 12.30

Minimum 3 months

DBS required (Randstad can arrange this if successful)

Must have previous relevant customer service experience or have already worked in a similar role.

Good telephone manner and able to work competently on computer systems similar to word and excel.
