  • Lead and implement long-term service strategies aligned with NECA’s mission.
  • Establish and strengthen partnerships with external stakeholders.
  • Oversee service operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and sustainability.
  • Act as the Organisational Safeguarding Lead, ensuring robust safeguarding policies.
  • Manage contracts and monitor service performance, ensuring regulatory compliance

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within charity, health, social care, or public sector.
  • Strong strategic planning and operational management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders and external organisations.
  • A deep understanding of safeguarding policies and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in contract management, performance monitoring, and financial oversight.
