Our clientWe are delighted to be working with a highly successful and well known national business to recruit a Compliance and Maintenance Team Leader. In this role you would oversee Maintenance and Compliance at their circa 500 chain of branches and offices across the UK. Please note this offered as a 12 month fixed term contract commencing in April 2025.  The opportunityYou will manage all statutory compliance across their retail branch estate and commercial offices, leading a small internal team and multiple contractors. Responsibilities include: •    Ensure statutory compliance is kept up to date and records to be accessible to all•    Manage property related contracts i.e. intruder alarms, air con, portable appliance testing etc•    Manage the maintenance team ensuring that they meet the required performance expectations•    Implement and maintain SLA’s•    Working closely with Health & Safety team•    Manage small works issues•    Reviewing and authorising invoicesAbout youThe ideal candidate will be professional at all times, enthusiastic and have a motivated approach.
