This role involves assisting with routine maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and contributing to the upkeep of public spaces. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, hands-on, and eager to work as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Safely operating basic power tools and equipment for assigned tasks.
• Carrying out routine maintenance tasks under supervision.
• Using basic electronic communication systems, such as smartphones and email.
• Adapting to different working environments and team structures.
• Communicating effectively in person and over the phone.
• Following instructions and applying them accurately to the task at hand.
• Working flexibly across a seven-day schedule, as required.
