Description

  • Lead financial planning and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop financial models and provide analytical support for business initiatives.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial updates for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance against budget and forecast.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to align financial plans.
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Profile

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • Proficient knowledge in financial modelling and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • A professional accounting qualification would be an advantage.
