Description
- Lead financial planning and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop financial models and provide analytical support for business initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive financial updates for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance against budget and forecast.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to align financial plans.
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Profile
A successful FP&A Manager should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Proficient knowledge in financial modelling and analysis.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- A professional accounting qualification would be an advantage.
