- Checking, coding and entering purchase invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliation

- Calculating and raising sales invoices
- Assisting the maintenance of the income contracts register
- Credit control and debt collection
- Assisting with the maintenance of the supplier contracts register
- Petty cash and expenses
- Assisting with monthly payroll processing and payment
- Credit card and purchasing card processing.
- Preparation of journals
- Other adhoc finance duties
- At least 2 years accounts/ finance experience
- AAT Qualified / or any other related finance qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable and enthusiastic approach to work
