About the Role:As a Children's Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care, emotional support, and guidance to children and young people. You will work closely with families, schools, and other professionals to create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where children can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:Provide direct support to children and young people, helping them navigate daily challenges.Assist with personal care, educational needs, and emotional well-being.Develop strong relationships with children, fostering trust and security.Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create tailored care plans.Encourage positive behavior and development through activities, mentoring, and guidance.Keep detailed records of progress and communicate effectively with the team and external agencies.

What We're Looking For:Experience working with children, especially those with additional needs or in challenging situations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A compassionate and patient approach.Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.A relevant qualification in childcare, social work, or a related field is desirable but not essential.Valid driver's license and DBS check (or equivalent) required.
