Pur client is one of the city’s largest adult social care providers. We are currently expanding our Mental Health Assessment Service, a newly developed service that supports adults with severe mental illness during a period of assessment and rehabilitation.

We are looking for Support Workers who are passionate about person-centred care and committed to helping individuals regain their independence and quality of life.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support individuals through a structured assessment and recovery process

  • Promote independence, life skills, and social inclusion

  • Work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team

  • Deliver high standards of care with dignity, compassion, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:
  • A caring and respectful approach to supporting others

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Flexibility to work rota-based shifts

  • Experience is welcome but not essential - your values and attitude are what matter most
