Are you passionate about making a real difference in children's lives? We are looking for dedicated Residential Practitioners to join our client's growing team in an Ofsted-registered children's home, supporting young people aged 5 to 17 with diverse needs.

About the Role

As a Residential Practitioner, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring the well-being, safety, and development of the children in your care. Working alongside a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, and Senior Residential Practitioner, you will:

  • Offer emotional and practical support to young people
  • Encourage personal growth and independence
  • Work collaboratively with external agencies
  • Maintain detailed and professional records
  • Uphold safeguarding policies and care regulations

To be considered, you must have:

  • Right to Work in the UK - no sponsorship is available
  • 5 years of professional references
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding care in line with Childrens Home Regulations
Desirable Qualifications
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) No further NVQ required
  • Level 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care Will need 3 additional Residential Care units

Safeguarding knowledge is essential.
