Position: Children's Support Worker

About the Role:
As a Children's Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care, emotional support, and guidance to children and young people. You will work closely with families, schools, and other professionals to create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to children and young people, helping them navigate daily challenges.
Assist with personal care, educational needs, and emotional well-being.
Develop strong relationships with children, fostering trust and security.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create tailored care plans.
Encourage positive behavior and development through activities, mentoring, and guidance.
Keep detailed records of progress and communicate effectively with the team and external agencies.

What We're Looking For:
