NonStop Social Care is currently working with a privately own Fostering Agency with Outstanding Ofsted in Sunderland, North East.

I am currently recruiting on their behalf for a Supervising social worker, permanent role for the service that is forward-thinking and has a small close-knit team.

I believe this role can offer a lot more work-life balance than other and the agency has a lot of resources that you can tap into to support your carers and children looked after. They are rated Outstanding by Ofsted.

Responsibilities

The supervising social worker will be supervising a caseload of 6 to 10 carers.

The caseload is low between 6-10 carers and will be primarily focused in the South of the region covering: Darlington, Durham, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar and Cleveland, Stockton and Sunderland.

- you have 2-3 years of working knowledge of the supervising social worker role or have worked in the children looked after team or supported foster families
