Support Worker

We Care Bespoke are looking to recruit for support workers to work on behalf of our client within a day service supporting service users who have learning disabilities, physical disabilities and those with complex health care need.

Duties will include, supporting people with intimate personal care, supporting people to eat and with their mobility and working in a person-centred way to ensure health and social care needs are met. are also required to contribute to and help maintain care plans, ensuring customers are fully involved in their care. We provide necessary training and support to ensure colleagues can meet the needs of customers, competently and with confidence. These are fast paced and rewarding services, with friendly and professional staff teams.

There are 2 Centre's based in Sunderland and Washington.

All posts will involve working Monday – Friday between 7.30 and 5.00
