We are seeking passionate, caring individuals to join our dedicated Community Teams and support vulnerable people and children across the Northeast.

About the Role: Our Telecare Service is a reactive service that responds to alarms raised by customers in need of support and reassurance. Whether it's personal care, assisting with mobility, responding to falls, providing ambulance crew assistance, or monitoring assistive technology alerts (such as smoke alarms and exit sensors), your role will be crucial in ensuring vulnerable customers receive the help they need in moments of distress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emergency calls from customers
  • Assist with personal care and mobility
  • Provide reassurance and support to individuals in need
  • Help monitor and react to assistive technology alerts
  • Respond to emergency situations with care and professionalism

What We Offer:

  • Full-time positions with immediate start available
  • A company vehicle provided while on duty
  • A set rota including day shifts (07:00 am - 3:30 pm & 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm) across a 4-day working week (including alternative weekends and bank holidays)

What We Need from You:

  • A full UK manual driving license (this is a must, no temporary licenses accepted)
  • A positive, caring outlook and a desire to support others
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Ability to provide two satisfactory references, a current DBS disclosure, and proof of a valid driving license
