Housing Administrator

Temporary contract

Sunderland

Sellick Partnership are currently assisting in the recruitment of a Housing Administrator for a large social housing organisation based in Sunderland.

The Housing Administrator will be expected to attend home visits alongside the Housing Partner they would be supporting along with also completing various Housing Administrative duties.

Duties of the Housing Administrator:

  • Assist the wider team with administration duties.
  • Attend appointments and home visits with Housing Partners.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping of interactions with customers.
  • Develop networks and partnerships with relevant external agencies.
  • Help with a range of project work.
  • Provide advice to tenants and support the implementation of decisions where
  • Provide customers with housing information as required.
  • Work alongside Housing Partners to investigate customer complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction.
  • Adhere to Accent's Policies and procedures.

Requirements of the Housing Administrator:

  • Relevant experience supporting a Housing Team/Housing partner previously
  • Strong administrative and IT skills
