Administration Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer administration queries
  • Onboarding new customer details to the database
  • Completing reservation and bookings
  • Answering the telephone and transferring to the relevant department
  • Managing the email inbox
  • Arranging health and safety testing and maintenance
  • Organising in-house events
