What's involved in this Deputy Restaurant Manager role?
- To assist the Restaurant Manager in the smooth running of all services following the company standards and procedures.
- To act as a manager in the absence of the Restaurant Manager as required and ensure that all areas operate to the required standard on a daily basis.
What's required?
- This role does not come with accommodation so you would need to be in commutable distance of Ascot
- Previous similar experience in an Assistant Restaurant Manager role
- 5* Hotel Experience
- Food & Wine knowledge
- Leadership
