They are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented part-time Finance Officer to join their team and support their financial operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support decision-making.

  • Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations.
  • Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar finance role, ideally as a Finance Officer or Finance Assistant.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
