  • Support the teacher in managing pupil behaviour, reporting difficulties as appropriate.
  • Being responsible for maintaining knowledge of pupil's behaviour programmes.
  • Gathering/reporting information from/to parents/carers as directed.
  • Encouraging pupils to act independently as appropriate.

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are patient, resilient, and able to manage challenging behaviour.
