- Support the teacher in managing pupil behaviour, reporting difficulties as appropriate.
- Being responsible for maintaining knowledge of pupil's behaviour programmes.
- Gathering/reporting information from/to parents/carers as directed.
- Encouraging pupils to act independently as appropriate.
About You:
- You have a passion for working with young people with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are patient, resilient, and able to manage challenging behaviour.
- You are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
