We are seeking an Operations Executive to join our fabulous client based in Surbiton. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background, preferably within the travel industry. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing financial reconciliations, compliance reporting, and ensuring the smooth operation of office logistics and IT infrastructure.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Settle and reconcile all third-party statements from suppliers, manage urgent payments, and oversee the flow of cash from the bank account while chasing commissions.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Team and Finance Team to ensure relevant reporting for legal bodies such as ATOL is delivered accurately and on time.
  • Assist in providing reporting and information for company insurance by working with Senior Management & Compliance.
  • Troubleshoot financial issues and assist the team in resolving them promptly.
  • Ensure smooth operation of all offices by coordinating with property, IT, and TTD Leadership teams.
  • Manage logistics including bills and office setups to ensure all locations are equipped for trading.
  • Oversee in-office IT infrastructure, ensuring all consultants have working hardware both in and out of the office.
  • Handle new starter setups, creating and managing checklists and timelines, liaising with mentors to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Take ownership of contracts and compliance related to bookings and act as a liaison with the Legal team to keep contracts with suppliers up to date.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably within the travel industry.
  • Strong desire to immerse oneself in the role and commit to its demands.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams both internally and externally.
  • Goal-oriented, with a competitive spirit and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong numeracy skills and an organised, disciplined approach to managing workload.
