Serviced Office Telesales Executive
- Annual Salary: Up to £30,000 OTE plus benefits including free parking

We are seeking a Telesales Executive to join this service office company. This role involves working closely with the Business Manager to qualify leads provided by property brokers, understanding client requirements for office suites, and securing tenancies through effective follow-ups.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Qualify leads supplied by property brokers to understand potential clients’ specific needs for office space.
- Select suitable office options based on client requirements and arrange viewings with the centre manager.
- Conduct follow-up communications post-viewing to secure office suite tenancies.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential clients and the status of each lead.
- Work collaboratively with the Business Manager and other team members to optimise the sales process and achieve targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to uncover clients’ needs effectively.
- Strong ability to match and recommend properties that meet client requirements.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Experience in property or real estate sales is advantageous but not essential.
