The Team Leader will coach, lead and inspire a dynamic and driven sales team. With 3-4 direct reports you’ll be investing your time ensuring every individual is able to reach their activity and revenue targets, while providing an exceptional experience for future customers. In addition, you will be leading by example through sourcing, securing and hitting your own revenue and activity targets on a monthly basis.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:- Supports the management team in ensuring that the sales proposition is clearly defined and understood- Leads a team of 3-4 ofice based sales professionals, ensuring that you achieve individual and team targets

- Source, secure and exceed your own individual activity and revenue targets- Sets clear expectations and uses metrics and KPIs to track progress- Run effective sales coaching sessions- Conduct regular developmental meetings with each team member- Drives the recruitment process for new hires & the successful induction of new team members- Creates a winning team environment- Runs effective team meetings where best practice, successes and learning is shared- Effectively plans, organises and reports back against team objectivesKEY SKILLS REQUIRED: - People orientated, excellent listening and communication skills.- Proven sales experience, with experience in selling complex solutions- Negotiation and influencing skills- Organisational & planning skills- Able to inspire trust and confidence - Demonstrable understanding of the sales proposition and process- Able to compile clear, concise reports and sales forecastsEXPERIENCE REQUIRED:- Strong track record of success in a B2B telesales role - Recruitment advertising experience- Knowledge/experience of monitoring KPIs
