Key Responsibilities
Production Management
- Collaborate with project teams to plan and drive project timelines
- Advise on suitable materials and production techniques, considering sustainability, brand nuances, and budgets
- Ensure accurate and appropriate Works Orders
- Participate in project kick-off meetings
- Maintain high standards of quality control
Leadership and Planning
- Support the Production Team Manager in resolving department-wide risks and opportunities
- Ensure consistent workflow from Project Team to Studio and Production
- Participate in Production Management Meetings
- Monitor production capacity and communicate effectively
- Collaborate with Design & Studio Teams on specific jobs and projects
Financial and Commercial Management
- Maximise project efficiency in terms of lead times, material selection, and quality control
- Balance brand identities and sustainability requirements
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience in the graphics and creative production industry
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and leadership skills
