Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to join a prestigious and well-established estate agency? We are working with a client who are looking to recruit a dedicated professional to take ownership of their own property portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of service and efficiency for their clients.
Manage your own property portfolio, overseeing all related duties.Conduct property inspections, compile detailed reports, and provide feedback to landlords.Act as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors.Co-ordinate and administer building repairs and maintenance, ensuring all tasks are completed promptly and to a high standard.Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.Process invoices and handle general administrative tasks.Book appointments for contractors and manage schedules effectively.
About You:
You must have proven experience in property managementExcellent communication and organisational skills.Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work under pressure.Strong attention to detail.Familiarity with property management systems is a plus.Flexible working hours availableYou must be a car driver/owner (car allowance available)If you are passionate about property management and ready to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you!
