Accounts Payable Assistant

  • Job Type: Temporary (ASAP to end of September 2025)
  • Location: Surbiton (parking onsite)- 100% office based
  • Salary: £15.38- £17.95 per hour PAYE or £19.06- £22.35 per hour via an umbrella company. 
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week 

We are seeking a temporary Accounts Payable Assistant to support our London and Europe teams over the summer period. This role is crucial for managing and processing supplier invoices, particularly operator invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and proficient in accounts payable processes.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Posting and paying supplier invoices with a focus on operator invoices.
  • Collaborating with both London and Europe teams to ensure smooth operation of accounts payable functions.
  • Managing invoice discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an accounts payable role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
