About the Role:

Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in financial services administration? We are seeking a talented Life & Pensions Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team in Sutton Coldfield. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional administrative support to their clients and ensuring smooth operations within the financial services office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PA Tasks: Manage appointments, emails, and client communications.
  • Client Servicing: Process client requests, updates, and withdrawals.
  • New Business Processing: Handle new business applications and updates.
  • Product Processing: Process Bed & ISAs and death claims.
  • Provider Communications: Liaise with providers for accurate information.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with internal teams for efficient operations.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in financial services administration, particularly within life and pensions.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
