- Supervise, mentor.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven track record of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced industry.
- Good team development and leadership skills.
- Experience working for a manufacturing business advantageous.
- Experience of using SAP / ERP would be an advantage.
