About The Job: ??

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the customer service department to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. You will develop effective customer service policies, handle escalated issues, and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

Main Duties: ??

Oversee and lead the sales support team to deliver excellent customer satisfaction ????Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures ????Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution ???Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and resolve customer issues ???

Leadership & Management: ??

Supervise and mentor the sales support team members ???�????�?Set clear objectives and goals for the team to drive performance and development �???Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback ????

Experience: ??

Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role ???????Proven track record of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced industry �???Experience working for a manufacturing business is advantageous �???Experience of using SAP/ERP would be an advantage ?????

Excellent team development and leadership skills ????Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities ?????Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills ?????Proficiency in SAP/ERP software is a plus ?????
