Key Account Manager - Fire & Security Industry
Hybrid - Midlands Based

An independently owned, £multimillion turnover concern is looking to recruit an experienced Key Account Manager. The role is Hybrid, Midlands based, with an unrestricted area and industries. Reporting to the Group Sales Director the role is to manage and develop your own sales pipeline, to contribute to the group sales targets. Candidates will have a background in Sales within the Fire and Security industry.
Essential Skills and experience
- A proven track record in Key Account Management, developing new and existing client relationships
- Experiences in Service and Project selling within the Fire & Security Industry
- A High level of self-motivation, exceptional organisational and Communication skills
- Ability to develop, manage and convert your own sales pipeline, delivering individual and group targets
- Experience in designing and presenting proposals for Fire and Security systems
- Lead generation
Key Duties and Requirement
- Develop, manage and convert own sales pipeline within unrestricted areas and industries
- Research and analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, previous relationships and digital marketing
- Conduct meetings and presentations to potential clients
- Stay informed about industry regulations and standards
- Track and analyse KPI’s and prepare regular reports
- Complete site surveys to design fire and security systems, using business management systems
