Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Remuneration: £22,500 - £24,000

Job Overview:
A Customer Service Advisor acts as an initial point of contact for customers, providing them with product and service information while addressing any emerging problems. The successful candidate will possess professionalism, customer focus, patience, empathy, and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Load sales orders and identify anomalies
- Quote prices from the system or a price file
- Address customer queries
- Provide a basic level of technical assistance
- Build relationships and gain an understanding of various customer types
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers from Sage
- Handle customer complaints and offer appropriate solutions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements and Skills:
- Customer support or product/industry experience is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and a process-driven attitude are essential
- Familiarity with Sage and Microsoft software
- Customer focus and the ability to adapt to different types of characters
- Excellent multitasking, prioritisation, and time management skills
- Must be a team player and willing to assist colleagues
