Description

As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will report to the Employee Relations Manager and manage a diverse caseload of ER matters, ranging from low-level issues to complex cases. You will play a key role in upskilling managers, analysing data to identify trends, and driving improvements in people management strategies.

  • Managing a portfolio of ER cases, ensuring effective resolution of employee relations matters
  • Coaching and supporting managers in handling ER issues confidently
  • Producing HR data and MI reports to inform business decisions
  • Advising on employment policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Supporting organisational change initiatives and people strategies

Profile

  • Strong generalist HR knowledge, including experience in handling ER cases
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written skills, capable of producing reports and policy documents
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with HRIS
  • Confident in handling challenging conversations and conflict resolution
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships across diverse stakeholders
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and embracing of change
  • Up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
  • Experience using data and insights to drive decision-making
