• Managing a portfolio of approximately 500 personal tax clients
• Preparing and reviewing personal tax returns
• Providing advice on trust tax returns and residency issues
• Supporting junior staff through training, mentoring, and reviewing their work
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering proactive and tailored advice
• Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and staying updated on relevant legislation
• Assisting with the firm’s strategic plans, including contributing to business development initiatives

• Relevant professional qualification (e.g., CTA, ACA, or ACCA) with significant experience in personal tax
• Experience managing a client portfolio and preparing and reviewing personal tax returns
• Knowledge of trust tax returns and residency issues is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
• Proven ability to manage and mentor junior staff effectively
• Ambition to progress to a Director role in the future

• £70,000 to £90,000 per annum
