Ocean Freight Operator
Offering a salary of up to £32,000 per year depending on experience.
Based in West Midlands (B75).
We are working with a Freight Organisation who are seeking an Ocean Freight Operator to join their team.
Duties of the Ocean Freight Operator will include:
Handling ocean shipments across both imports and exports.
Handling all aspects of shipments from start to finish, from quoting and taking bookings all the way to invoicing and billing out.
Completing all documentation and ensuring it is correct and present.
Completing customs entries and clearances.
Completing all administrative duties.
Managing customer expectations, resolving any issues and answering queries as they arise.
This position requires a candidate with strong experience in Ocean Freight operations, with experience in both Imports and Exports.
