Performing repair and general Maintenance work of facilities, including carpentry.
Moving and assisting in transportation of furniture and equipment.
Reactive and planned works to be carried out to same standard.
Skills and Specifications
Ability to use efficiently various power and hand tools.
Have good knowledge of carpentry and plumbing among other technical skills
Have good knowledge of troubleshooting techniques in order to determine exact problems and tackle them accordingly
Should follow verbal or written instructions.
Communicate efficiently and fluently in both written and verbal form.
Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
Strong organizational and follow up skills.
Eye for detail.
Professional presentation and attitude.
Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
Strong time management skills.
Working within SLAs and help achieve KPIs
A valid clean drivers license, as will be travelling all over West Midlands
