Duration: 3 Month TEMP contract

Location: Sutton Coldfield

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Responsibility, knowledge and ownership of the purchase ledger.
Processing of invoices.
Processing cheque/BACS payments to suppliers.
Reconciliation of supplier's statements on a monthly basis.
Posting and Reconciling Petty Cash transactions.
Processing of adhoc journals.
Reviewing of and correcting debit balances on purchase ledger
Answering supplier queries in a proficient and professional manner.
Set up of new supplier accounts as required.
