The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the management of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
- Conducting property searches and preparing necessary legal documentation
- Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and files
- Providing administrative support to solicitors, ensuring seamless case progression
