Overview:

Join a dynamic legal team as an Experienced Legal Secretary, where you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role demands strong self-management skills and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Dictation: Accurately type correspondence and legal documents from digital dictation.
  • Document Management: Prepare legal bundles with proper indexing, pagination, and bookmarking.
  • Diary & Meeting Coordination: Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the legal team.
  • Billing Assistance: Support billing procedures and client invoicing processes.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Organise and maintain filing systems with daily file management.
  • Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch.
  • Photocopy, scan, and organise legal documents efficiently.
  • Coordinate meetings, book rooms, and prepare meeting spaces, including refreshments.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital dictation and document preparation.
  • Effective diary and schedule management capabilities.
  • Experience with billing and legal file management.
