PageGroup are delighted to support a leading organisation based in Sutton Coldfield with the appointment of an Employee Relations Advisor to join a busy team.

This role can offer hybrid working of circa 3 days office and 2 home per week.

Description

Reporting to the Employee Relations Manager, the role of Employee Relations Advisor will manage a portfolio of high volume employee relations matters for this large organisation, this will include low level to complex matters.

Duties will include but not limited to:

Manage your own caseload of ER matters from low level to complex situations
Support the production of data, MI and review trends to assist the business with decision making
Support the organisation by upskilling and coaching managers to deal with people matters and ER cases more effectively
