CUSTOMER SERVICE / ADMINISTRATOR - TEMPORARY ONGOING

NG17, NOTTINGHAMSHIRE

£11.44 PER HOUR

MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM - 5PM OR 8AM - 4PM

STARTING ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Processing Gas certificates a day- involves updating system, Update excel and uploading documents onto Documotive for electronic filing
  • Taking inbound calls and documenting relevant information
  • Instructing engineers to carry out work
  • Diagnosing tenant problems when taking inbound calls
  • Scheduling work in for engineers
  • Occasional Calls out to arrange PHSC appointment
  • Sending and creating Referral letters
  • Making, confirming and rearranging PHSC appointments where needed.
