Revit Technician
Location: Sutton-in-Ashfield
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)

Are you an experienced CAD/Revit Technician looking for your next challenge? Join a dynamic team where you will play a pivotal role in creating precise and professional CAD drawings and schematics that drive successful projects.

What you'll do:

  • Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and schematics, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable standards.
  • Collaborate with design teams and stakeholders to meet project requirements and incorporate necessary changes.
  • Support the team by ensuring all drawings are legible, professional, and ready for installation.
  • Expand and refine CAD operations, including the use of AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Organise and maintain project files in line with company procedures.
  • Stay updated on advancements in CAD software and technology.

What you'll bring:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience with AutoCAD and Revit in a relevant position.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with a busy CAD office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Right to Work in the UK for a minimum of 4 years (documentary proof required).

A degree or equivalent technical qualification in architecture, design, engineering, or construction is advantageous but not essential.
