Our lovely and highly successful client is looking for an experienced ISO Administrator to join the team - Working as a pivotal point of support for our client's group of companies in the delivery of compliant products and services.This is an excellent opportunity to join a multi-million-pound business at a very exciting times of significant growth.

The role of Administrator - ISO Quality Assistant will involve:

  • Being responsible for and assisting in the implementation and upkeep of the company's ISO Standards and quality documents
  • Develop, organise and maintain management system documentation and update operational procedures relating to ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001
  • Ensure suppliers adhere to and meet quality and ISO Standards
  • Update and maintain Health & Safety documents
  • Liaise with staff at all levels to ensure Company-wide awareness and compliance.
  • Meet with the internal auditor to ensure continuous improvement
  • Assist with internal & external audits in accordance with ISO
  • Ensuring documents are up to date to enable internal and external compliance
  • Conducting quality control and compliance checks across the business
  • Complete PQQ for the business in line with company policy
  • Undertake general administration duties as required

The ideal candidate for the role of Administrator - ISO Quality Assistant will have:

  • Experience within a quality assurance or similar role
  • Experience of using QMS (Quality Management Systems), auditing and ISO Standards
  • Proficient in using all Microsoft Office programs
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Good teamwork, analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Team player - ability to work collaboratively across teams.
