Our lovely and highly successful client is looking for an experienced and detail orientated ISO Quality Assistant to join the team - Working as a pivotal point of support for our client's group of companies in the delivery of compliant products and services.
As a Quality Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's adherence to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards

The role ofQuality Assistant - ISO Standards Compliance will involve:
- Being responsible for and assisting in the implementation and upkeep of the company's ISO Standards and quality documents
- Develop, organise and maintaining management system documentation and update operational procedures relating to ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001
- Develop, organise and maintain management system documentation and update operational procedures relating to ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001
- Ensure suppliers adhere to and meet quality and ISO Standards
- Update and maintain Health & Safety documents
- Liaise with staff at all levels to ensure Company-wide awareness and compliance.
- Meet with the internal auditor to ensure continuous improvement
- Assist with internal & external audits in accordance with ISO
- Ensuring documents are up to date to enable internal and external compliance
- Conducting quality control and compliance checks across the business
- Complete PQQ for the business in line with company policy
- Undertake general administration duties as required
The ideal candidate for the role of Quality Assistant - ISO Standards Compliance will have:
- An understanding and experience in using ISO 9001 and 14001 standards within a quality assurance or similar role
- Experience of using QMS (Quality Management Systems), auditing and ISO Standards
- Ability to comprehend Quality Manuals and ensure adherence to procedures
- Proficient in using all Microsoft Office programs
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Good teamwork, analytic and problem-solving skills
- Team player - ability to work collaboratively across teams.
