Do you have a talent for building relationships and breaking down barriers? Are you looking for a new opportunity to work with young people from underprivileged backgrounds?

We have a full-time Behaviour Support Assistant vacancy for a school, supporting children to manage their behaviour and supporting them with learning.

You will be required to support in large classes, small groups and 1:1, using behaviour management skills in assisting pupils in overcoming barriers to learning.

The students you support will have EHCPs for Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs (SEMH) as well as associated needs such as Autism or ADHD. You will also be working with children with visual and hearing impairment, PMLD, GDD and wheelchair users.

We are looking for an individual who has a passion for creating fun and engaging ways to support students from underprivileged backgrounds.
