Jackson Hogg is delighted to be supporting our longstanding client in their search for a permanent mechanical fitter for their new hydrogen fuel station based in High Marnham.
They are seeking to appoint an experience small mechanical fitter to join their maintenance team, which will be integral to installation commissioning and maintenance of small-bore tubing systems on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation: Install small bore tubing systems according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets industry standards and complies with health and safety regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all installations, maintenance, and repairs performed to support construction technical files and ensuring compliance with PED Directive.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on small bore tubing systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Mechanical engineering qualifications
- Previous small boring tubing experience
- Previous experience working with high pressure gases
- Strong technical skills and proficient in hand and power tools
- CSCS Card
- SBT 01, 02, 03, 04
- Hydrostatic proof testing course cert
