We are looking for a Qualified FP&A Accountant to join our finance team. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who excels in financial planning and analysis. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Develop financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting.
  • Spearhead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
  • Provide analysis and deliver insight that links financial reports to business strategies.
  • Improve financial status by analyzing results and variances; identifying trends; recommending actions.
  • Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
  • Increase productivity by developing automated reporting and forecasting tools.
  • Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps.
  • Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Proven experience as an FP&A Accountant or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
  • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
  • Proficient user of finance software.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
