Hours: 9am to 3:30pm (30 mins unpaid lunch break)

Duration is for 1 year, possible extension/permanent opportunity

Overview:

A fantastic opportunity for a Part-time Administrator based in Sutton to support the Integrated Services team with their administration. The role requires an enthusiastic candidate to work 3 days per week, with possibility for it to increase to 5 days per week, onsite at their head office in Sutton or another location in Carshalton, thus flexibility to work in both locations is required.

  • Experience using Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Act and present themselves in a professional and conscientious manner
  • Show a friendly and "can do" attitude and an ability to "muck in"
  • Think on their feet and be proactive
  • Suitable candidates will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Support the Nursing and Therapy Teams with administration
  • Work closely with the Deputy Head of the Integrated Services team
  • Have a strong attention to detail with the ability to manipulate data
  • Updating and building reports
  • Diary management to organise, schedule and book meetings
  • Able to organise your work and tasks efficiently to ensure maximum output and accuracy.
  • Assisting with invoicing and expenses when required.

This role involves working in Education with children so an Enhanced DBS check will be required prior to commencing employment.
