We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead a site-based team and oversee all commercial aspects of a major residential development. The role involves cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and ensuring financial control across multiple project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
• Lead procurement and contract negotiations
• Manage subcontractor relationships and valuations
• Ensure commercial compliance and financial reporting
• Collaborate with technical, construction, and sales teams

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record in residential construction (mid/high-rise)
• Experience with major contractors or developers
• Ability to drive cost efficiencies and project success

Package:Up to 125,000 total package, including salary, bonuses, healthcare, and pension.
