We are working with a global financial services organisation share a commitment to making things better for clients and each other. They continually explore new technology and different ways of working to put their clients first.

They are now seeking a Retail Pensions Administrator to join them on an initial 15 month maternity contract.

This area of the business plays a pivotal role in managing the rapid growth of their SIPP product within the business.

As well as managing daily workloads, address queries, and handle escalated or complaint cases, the role will see you (with training) oversee process risks and adherence to reporting and data quality rules related to owned processes. Additionally responsibilities will also include:

  • The maintenance and updating of team procedures, process flows, and quick guides following process changes or improvements
  • Skilful management of technical or complex client instructions to ensure optimal client outcomes
  • Handle appropriate escalation of issues to management, especially those posing regulatory, reputational, or financial risks
  • Be in direct contact with clients and internal stakeholders to proactively resolve any outstanding operational queries.

With a can do attitude and a proactive approach, your experience will have been gained within pensions (DC or SIPP) sector, together excellent administrative and communication skills, coupled with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and develop.

The role offers hybrid working (2 / 3 days in office), together with a remuneration package that includes end of contract bonus, onsite (free) gym, parking and a non-contributory pension etc.
