Our client is looking for five individuals to join their existing customer service team, due to increased work volumes.
The Individuals:
- Must be available to start on the 3rd March 2025
- Must live within commutable distance of Sutton
- Must have previous customer service experience
- Confident communicators both verbal and written
- Self-motivated and driven to hit required daily targets
- Strong work ethic and a team player
The Role:
- Responding to incoming calls and email requests from clients, assisting with additional collections / deliveries and cancellations
- Updating internal systems
- Escalating complaints to relevant departments
- Ongoing temporary position with opportunities to go permanent
Interviews commence week of 17th February 2025.
