They are currently seeking additional Customer Service Representatives to due ongoing developments and with training you will become responsible for providing an efficient and effective administration and customer service for their Mortgage and Savings Accounts.

Maintaining up to date knowledge of all products and services offered by the Society, your role will alternate weekly between administration and customer services, where you will be involved in:

  • Taking calls from customers and dealing with all levels of enquiries in a clear and concise manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Providing information on products and services offered by the Society to existing customers of the Society
  • With training, undertaking general day to day administration duties encompassing all aspects of Mortgage Accounts procedures
  • Prepare and issue standard or dictated letter responses to savings customers

Possesses proven communication and organisational skills, the client is seeking experience gained within Customer Service environments, for example retail or contact centre environments , therefore it is essential that you possess proven communication and organisational skills and a willingness to learn and develop.

During the first couple of weeks, you will be office based full time for training. Once this has finished you will have the opportunity to work from home 3 days a week and 2 days in the office.
