About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Art Technician to join our creative arts department starting in September. This role offers a unique opportunity to support both students and teachers in art classes and workshops, helping to foster a vibrant and inspiring learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers in preparing and setting up materials and equipment for art classes and workshops.
  • Support students in the use of various art techniques and tools.
  • Maintain and organize art supplies, equipment, and classroom/workshop spaces.
  • Provide technical assistance with art projects, including painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking, and digital art.
  • Ensure a safe and productive working environment in the art studio and workshops.
  • Help manage the display of student artwork throughout the school.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of art events, exhibitions, and competitions.
